The holiday season did impact the local real estate market as predicted. Active listings are down 17% over November and sales are down 4%. From one year ago, Active listings are down 12% and sales are down 2.5%. The average sales price for Colorado Springs MLS is up 11% and the median sales price is up 10.5%.
